Class A Driver

Job Summary

We need a Class A driver with a tanker and haz-mat endorsement to do delivery work in both our bulk cryogenic gas trailer and our 40 foot flatbed trailers to local stops. We are transporting either bulk cryogenic gas or compressed gas cylinders and welding supplies.

 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Home Every Night!

 

Pay: Union Pay Scale Staring at $23.93, pay increases at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year tops out at $27.10

 

Primary Duties

  • Safely operate tractor trailer while delivering bulk cryogenic gas to customer locations
  • Fill customer bulk gas tanks while wearing proper PPE
  • Pick up cryogenic gas and fill bulk trailer while wearing proper PPE
  • Deliver full gas cylinders and pick up empty gas cylinders on a Twin Cities metro route
  • Check shipping papers for accuracy
  • Secure cargo for transport prior to leaving the yard
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at customer stops
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and note any concerns
  • Complete driving log when necessary

 

Requirements

  • Steel Toe Boots
  • CDL “A” with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsement
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • 1 year of Class A driving experience preferably with flat beds and tankers
  • Must pass DOT drug screen before starting employment

 

Prior Experience with Compressed Gas Tanks or Cryogenic Gas Highly Desirable!

Crew Member - Cylinder Filler

Job Summary

As a Crew Member you are a hardworking, reliable, “gets the job done” type of person. You enjoy being part of the team that ensures our customers will get the products they ordered for next day delivery. As a Crew Member your will be on your feet all day constantly rotating compressed gas tanks off delivery trucks, into the fill plant, and back out into inventory or onto a truck for delivery.

 

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours), Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:30pm

 

Primary Duties

  • Load & unload delivery trucks
  • Sort & organize tanks
  • Operate a propane forklift to transport tanks around facility
  • Operate filling equipment to fill tanks with correct gas
  • Perform maintenance on tanks, pallets and other equipment

 

Requirements

  • Steel Toe Boots
  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required

Gas Lab Technician

Job Summary

As a Lab Technician, you are responsible for compliance with ISO and Toll Company quality standards and maintaining safety when operating our automated gas fill system. You are also responsible for all aspects of analysis and lab operation and acting as a technical resource for internal and external customers.

 

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours) Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm

 

Primary Duties

  • Oversee the filling, analyzing, labeling of medical and specialty gases in accordance with Toll Company and ISO 17025 standards
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment including Sur-Fill iQ automated gas fill system, Gow-Mac gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, and other components of the filling, sampling and analysis system.
  • Assist sales with questions from customers regarding the laboratory and product status.
  • Participate in customer visits and quality audits

 

Requirements

  • 1 – 5 years laboratory experience
  • 2 or 4 year degree in science, chemistry or related degree field
  • Chrome perfect software or similar software experience preferred
  • Intermediate skill using MS Office programs
  • Prior Experience with compressed gas, gas analysis and gas chromatography equipment highly desirable

Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary

As Accounts Payable, you maintain records such as invoices, payment vouchers, and other correspondence from vendors. You code expenses, verify expenses, and enter invoices into the accounting software program. You also work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and remit payments.

 

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours Monday thru Friday – Pick the schedule that works for you.

 

What You’ll Do

  • You are a stickler for accuracy and detail. You will scrutinize every invoice for accuracy and input the invoice into the accounting software.
  • You will run reports, compare and analyze information to confirm accuracy and root out discrepancies.
  • You will work with the Controller to properly code expenses for placement into the proper general ledger accounts and identify invoices for payment.
  • You will demonstrate your mastery over MS Excel, Word and Outlook on a regular basis
  • You will foster a positive and productive relationship with our vendors in order to successfully process payments, investigate billing discrepancies, and process refunds and returns requests.
