MIG program outline
- Welding Safety
- Introduction to GMAW
- Volts, Amps, WFS
- Short Circuit and Spray Transfer
- Electrode Specifications
- Shielding gases
- Welding on 10 ga, and 1/4” steel
Class format
- 4 hours class length
- 75 – 90 minutes classroom
- 120 – 135 minutes hands-on-welding
- Welding helmets and gear is supplied for training
Course certificate
Instructors
Each student will receive time for hands-on welding and coaching from the inctructor.
