Standard Shipping
Standard shipping on all items is FREE for orders over $250 within the Continental United States.
Orders $250 and under qualify for flat rate shipping of $15.00
There will be a $30 additional charge to wire, carts and rod orders.
*Toll Company can not calculate all shipping expenses for unusual circumstances and reserves the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified in this case and have the opportunity to cancel the order if you do not approve.
Sale items and overstocked items are limited to the quantity on hand and new stock will not be sold at sale/clearance price.
All in stock orders generally ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some shipments may require signature on delivery.
Toll Company uses USPS, UPS, Speedy and common carrier at our discretion within the Continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, call for availability and fees.
International shipping is not currently available.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipping to IA, IN, MI, MN, ND, PA, SD, WI and WY.
Shipping to Address other than Billing Address
All orders shipping to a PO box or address other than the credit card or PAYPAL billing address may be subject to further proof of identity requirements. Toll Company reserves the right to request a faxed copy of your government issued driver’s license AND a faxed coy of your physical credit card. All orders shipping to an address other than your billing address are subject to hold, pending verification.
Returns Policy
Returned goods authorization required
All items are returnable with original receipt within 14 days of delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, manuals and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. Any items returned may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Exchanges
All items may be exchanged with original receipt within 14 days of delivery date. All exchanged merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, manuals and accessories. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred due to product variation AND all shipping charges.
